Referee Conflict Management Course

Limited seats are available for this event and invitations have been extended to selected officials to attend.
The Conflict Management Workshop has been designed to help Referees identify conflicts, take a measured approach, help break down conflict situations, communicate more effectively on the floor both with player coaches and fellow officials and identify different strategies or styles to manage them.
During the workshop you will be provided with many tips and tools around conflict management. We will also be going through many video scenarios from previous NBL1 seasons.
