Mile End, South Australia – NBL1 CENTRAL GRAND FINALS RETURN TO ADELAIDE ENTERTAINMENT CENTRE
The Adelaide Entertainment Centre has been confirmed as the host of the 2026 Mitsubishi Motors NBL1 Central Grand Finals. As South Australia’s premier entertainment venue, it was instrumental in delivering a record-breaking crowd of 4,838 fans at last year’s Grand Finals, a record-breaking statistic that made securing the venue for another season an obvious choice for Basketball SA.
The 2026 Grand Finals are locked in for Saturday 8th August, and fans can expect more than just basketball. The Orb fan zone will transform into a hub of interactive experiences, entertainment and family-friendly activities, delivering an afternoon that celebrates the sport, the community, and the excitement of the state’s premier competition.

The 2026 NBL1 Central season begins on Saturday 21st March 2026, tipping-off a thrilling campaign of key matchups, milestone rounds, and standout performances across both the men’s and women’s divisions. Fans are encouraged to get around their Club, head out to a game, be in the stands, experience the hype and feel the heat of south Australian basketball.
